Please help get the funding available for reliable internet service for our community. Currently, there are many homes that are being reported as having adequate internet service. We all know this is not true, many have resorted to cellular or satellite internet. We need to prove this is inaccurate and have teamed up with Merit to challenge the map and allow us to participate in the BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment) Grant. This will allow for availability of high-speed internet to every home and business. It will take our whole community to make this happen. Follow the link, on a desktop or laptop, not a mobile device, use ONLY Chrome or Safari internet browser if you use a VPN, turn it off for testing. The link will include instructions , follow them for testing and creating the proof we need to be eligible for this grant. If you do not have internet because it is not available, or because it would take longer than 10 days to have installed, log on to the carrier/provider that claims to service your address and screenshot this page , then continue to follow the directions on the Challenge.
