Special Hours
Monday, September 15, 2025. Due to the 14th being on a Sunday, the last day to pay taxes will be this day for Village.
Important Dates
**Summer property taxes are mailed July 1st and are due Sept. 14th
**Winter property taxes are mailed Dec. 1st and are due February 14th
(If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday then the due date is the next business day)
Please note: Summer taxes are due Sept 14th. After the 14th, Village Summer taxes are turned over to the Ingham County Treasurer, payments must be made to them for Village taxes ONLY. Township tax bills can be paid, but after Sept. 14th there will be a 1% fee added per month. Winter tax bills can be paid Dec. 1st thru February 14th.
