Ingham Township
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Sealed bids clearly labeled "Lawncare Bid" will be received by Ingham Township until Thursday April 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., at which time all bids will be opened and read by the Township Clerk. Bids are to be emailed or delivered to the attention of Clerk Kathy LaGrow, Ingham Township Office, PO Box 238, Dansville MI 48819 or placed in the township drop box located at 1420 Johnson St., Dansville MI 48819. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

Ingham Township Board of Trustees will review bids during the scheduled April 18, 2022 meeting. Expectation of work to begin within 14 days following notice to the awarded Bidder.
Ingham Township reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all Bids.
It is the intent of Ingham Township to award the Bid by April 18, 2022 and notified the selected recipient April 19, 2022.
Submission of a bid will be construed as a conclusive presumption that the bidder is thoroughly familiar with the instructions to bidders, which Bidder understands and agrees to abide by each and all of the stipulations and requirements contained therein.
The following criterion shall be considered in making award: (a) Cost of service, (b) Consistency and timeliness of services, (c) Conformity to listed specifications, (d) References
